Find the Good Day
The Junior League of the Lehigh Valley (JLLV) is excited to participate in the inaugural International Find the Good Day – created by the Junior League.
On September 14, 2023, Junior Leagues across the Association will host events and raise awareness. This day is dedicated to finding the good in yourself, your community, and the world around you.
Now more than ever, the world needs greater optimism, positivity, and resilience. Optimism has been proven to positively impact our health, motivation, outcomes, and performance. There is a certain bravery that comes with a positive outlook, it’s much easier to have a negative attitude and give up. What if we shifted our focus away from only looking at the problems in our communities to focusing on the good? Would we accelerate impact? In our communities? In ourselves?
Join the JLLV at the following giveback events:
September 14, 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm: Join us for Hors d’oeuvres and beverages at The Perfect Fit.
Consider bringing along any of the items listed below to stock the frequently used personal care pantry:
- Shampoo and Conditioner
- Soap and Body Wash
- Pads, Tampons, and Reusable/Sustainable Feminine Care Products
- Toilet Paper
- Deodorant
- Face and Body Lotion
