Kristi’s extensive experience, leadership, and personal dedication to her clients and team make her a respected figure in the real estate industry. She remains passionate about helping others navigate the often complex real estate process with ease and confidence.
• Elaine Pivinski, owner of Franklin Hill Vineyards, the first winery in the Lehigh Valley and a pioneer for women in business for more than four decades. A lifelong advocate for working mothers, she leads with authenticity, compassion, and a belief that success means lifting others along the way.
• Kelly Wood is the  founder of Brand New Day Coaching who helps women rewrite old narratives, reclaim their voice, and move forward with purpose. Kelly creates spaces where women grow through honesty, courage, and community, not perfection.
