The Junior League of the Lehigh Valley proudly presents our 2025 Women’s Leadership Panel, happening on Wednesday, November 19th at Venture X Bethlehem.
This year’s theme, Confronting Imposter Syndrome, will open up honest conversations about confidence, belonging, and leadership. Our panel features women representing a range of industries from media and nonprofit leadership to business ownership and coaching, each bringing a unique perspective on what it means to lead authentically.

Meet the Elevate:HER panelists:
- Hasanna Birdsong, President and CEO of Lehigh Valley Public Media, the parent organization of PBS39, WLVR Radio, and LehighValleyNews.com. She has more than 25 years of leadership experience across media and consulting industries and is deeply committed to community service, serving on several local, nonprofit boards.
- Liz Fones is the Executive Director of Girls on the Run (GOTR) Lehigh Valley and Pocono, where her leadership has transformed the organization into a thriving community resource. Liz has built a career at the intersection of sports, fitness, and community impact.
- Kristi Smith is the Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Real Estate and has over 21 years of experience in the real estate industry. Kristi’s extensive experience, leadership, and personal dedication to her clients and team make her a respected figure in the real estate industry. She remains passionate about helping others navigate the often complex real estate process with ease and confidence.
- Elaine Pivinski, owner of Franklin Hill Vineyards, the first winery in the Lehigh Valley and a pioneer for women in business for more than four decades. A lifelong advocate for working mothers, she leads with authenticity, compassion, and a belief that success means lifting others along the way.
- Kelly Wood is the founder of Brand New Day Coaching who helps women rewrite old narratives, reclaim their voice, and move forward with purpose. Kelly creates spaces where women grow through honesty, courage, and community, not perfection.
